Easy Returns For You 

 

We hope that you LOVE every item you receive from Calico's but we know the feeling of something just not fitting right or looking right on ourselves! We are happy to offer you store credit for qualifying returns so you can find something else you love! If you want to return an item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. If more than 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your items back. 

We must receive the item back within 21 days of the delivery date in order to accept the return and issue the store credit. We understand things may get delayed though in route. Just send us over the tracking number if this happens!

*Please note: Calico's Grove is a small business and prides ourselves on a low return rate. We do everything we can to answer your questions in regards to an item's description. We have the right to refuse a return should we suspect any excessive returns or abuse of our policy. We are always happy to help and will do everything we can to describe the material, fit, etc. of our products to you.*

Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text (depending on your contact method added at original checkout) to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If approved, your store credit will be processed and issued electronically in the form of a Calico's Gift Card via text or email (whichever form of contact we have on file). If your return is rejected, you will be responsible for paying a $5 return fee to send the item(s) back to you.

To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) must be unworn and in original condition (no odors, stains, unwashed, etc.) including all original tags still attached.

FINAL SALE
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All graphic tops, sale section items, doorbusters, accessories (such as beanies, scarves, jewelry, bralettes, purses, scrunchies) and items specifically marked "final sale" during specials are not eligible for returns. These specials include but are not limited to "Black Friday, Pink Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday".

Pet bandanas are FINAL SALE.

Damaged Items
Another thing we pride ourselves on is QUALITY items! We personally inspect each and every product when we first receive it from our vendors and again when it ships out to you to make sure there are no stains, holes, pulls, excess strings hanging, etc. and hope we never miss anything! It is truly our number one priority to provide you with amazing quality pieces. If we missed something and you do happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days and include pictures of the damaged areas. After 5 days, we will not be able to accept any damaged item for a return.


Cancellations: 
We know sometimes things can happen and we change our minds. Another thing Calico's prides ourselves on is fast processing and shipping. Many times orders are pulled right away as they come in and packaged. This means that we cannot always accept cancellation requests. We ask that you contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. If the order has already been packaged, unfortunately we will not be able to honor a cancellation request. However, once you receive the item, you may ship it back to us for a store credit (please see additional return policy details).


Sending your items back:
If you need to return an item, text us at (407) 837-8844 or send us an email (hello@calicosboutique.com) to request a return. Please provide us with the order number and the item(s) you wish to return so we can make sure you qualify!


After notifying us, we will send you a prepaid label and a $4 fee will be deducted from your store credit or you can choose to ship the items back on your own to the address below:

Unless it was a mistake on our part and the item was defective, we ask that you pay the return shipping costs back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
